Weekends seem to pass by so quickly... But then again, weekdays too. :) And again, it doesn't matter cos I enjoy (most of) the things I'm doing. :)

Dad bought me to Jurong Hill for dinner. It's above the Jurong Birdpark. A nice place to go if you want a peaceful night. It overlooks the Jurong Island. :) According to him, the Jurong Hilltop restaurant was started since 1964. It was a place where foreign politicians used to gather.

So... At least there's something in the West... Hehe.

Oh there's this fishery port place too. My dad used to bring us there at midnight to see fishes being imported in, ready for sale the next morning.

That's another interesting place. Lol..

It's time to choose my attachment place again.

1st choice - NUH
2nd choice - SGH
3rd choice - AH (Alexandra)

NUH cos it's next to NUS and I'm hoping to stay over at a friend's hostel so that I can sleep longer!!! Morning shifts start at 7am. I reckon that if I wake up late, I can just dash over... In my nurse uniform, how glam huh. HAHA.

SGH cos I heard it's a good teaching hospital. But it's at Outram... So I reckon I'll be broke after attachment due to cab fares.

AH cos I have a direct bus and the food around that area is nice. :) Plus it's near AIA so I can meet up with some people there.

Will spend 4 good long weeks there in cardiac (heart) & respiratory (lungs)  wards. I bet there will be drama...

 

And 1 week in a Polyclinic... (I choose Jurong Polyclinic of cos haha)

I have NEVER stepped into a Polyclinic before so I don't know what to expect except long queues??? Cos that's the only thing people talk about. And of cos cheap fees, and a good place to get an MC...

So while others are having their holidays... We have 5 weeks of attachment... :) Interesting huh.
